Front office

Front Office Assistant (m/f) (start immediately tem autumn holidays & option of permanent contract thereafter).

Someone we can trust blindly and who also has it in him to lead a team of job students in the summer.
Someone who works very correctly and punctually.
Weekend & evening work. (2-free days in the week)

Job description.

Welcome

- Welcoming/greet customers with a smile.
- Answering incoming phone calls (Dutch, French and English) and being able to interrogate so that calls can be transferred directly to the right contact person.
- Pointing customers in the right direction.
- Ensuring order and cleanliness at reception.
- Registering people for certain events and checkout correctly.
- Handle payments correctly and complete the cash register report correctly.

Welcoming cable park

- You explain to people about our fees, different cables, camps, membership, our other club on the beach.
- Welcoming people and directing them to their reserved activity.
- Helping people create their accounts and book reservations.
- Helping to declare the material.

Sport Hostel

- Handle all incoming reservations & group requests.
- Working with booking platforms.
- Handle cancellations & refunds.
- Providing people with all the necessary info regarding our rooms, rates, ...
- Check-in and check-out of guests - check rooms when people have checked out.
- At check-in, give all info about our operation, breakfast, give tour.
- Tracking statistics.

Your profile

- Good knowledge of Dutch, French & English.
- Good knowledge of MS office package (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- You are flexible and stress-resistant.
- You want to finish everything correctly and correctly!
- Evening and weekend work do not deter you.
- Ability to work independently within an agreed framework and a proactive attitude.
- Professional and driven, having the ambition to want to do better and better.
- You are customer-friendly, but also possess a healthy dose of assertiveness.

Receptionist (m/f) (job student)

As a job student in reception, you are responsible for the proper reception of our customers. This both by phone and in person.

You help everyone with small or big questions and you are responsible for following up on various reservations concerning the restaurant, the hostel or the cable park.

Hospitality

Bartender (m/f)

In the morning, you take care of the mis-en-place for a smooth start of the day. Behind the bar you are responsible for preparing and passing out hot and cold drinks. In addition, you ensure that the fridges are always replenished. Washing glasses is also part of your duties. Service with a smile & teamwork are key elements for us.

Both for the restaurant bar and our Tiki Bar (outdoor terrace).

Waiter - Service (m/f)

Full-time (permanent) - working students +18 years old

You welcome the customers, take the orders, serve and clear the tables in the restaurant as well as on the terrace.
Service with a smile & teamwork is our focus.

Lake Boy/Girl (m/f) (working student)

As a lakeboy/lakegirl you will take your first steps in hospitality, where you will help in the restaurant, on the terrace/beach and at our Tiki bar.

Among other things, you are responsible for setting up, clearing and cleaning the beach, the bar and the terrace.
You help prepare, set up and clean up BBQs and events.
You help stock the refrigerators and clean up the bar.

You work 5 days a week. This according to different shifts (early-day-late).

Dishwasher (m/f) (working student)

The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning the plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils of the Cuis Inn & bar restaurant using an automatic washing/rinsing machine.

You can work well in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the work during our busiest hours.

Sports

Cable Operator / sports instructor (m/f) (Easter holidays tem autumn holidays)

- Giving people the right explanations in a friendly manner to take their first steps in the right direction of our sport.
