On Saturday 31 July and Saturday 14 August Surfers Paradise organises the first edition of the Wim Hof Beach Experience!
Wim Hof enjoys worldwide fame as "The Iceman", and is already preparing all water sports enthusiasts to continue water sports this winter, even when it is freezing cold. The secret is that you first participate in the famous Wim Hoff Breathing session, followed by a mindset talk and preparation ice bath. Then, of course, comes the ice bath itself, with a view of the sea!
Participation costs 85 € per person and afterwards there is also the possibility to enjoy a healthy lunch (18€).
Registration is only possible via www.habitude.academy and places are limited as we work in small groups.
There are also 5 editions of the sunset@sea gratidude gatherings. Relaxed sessions to forget the daily stress for a while amidst sea, sun and beach. Come to yourself in this perhaps intense period.
